Our Policy
We take great pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!
Our return policy is designed to provide you with a hassle-free experience. Please read the following guidelines:
Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
- You may return your candle(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, provided the candle is unused and in its original condition.
- Damaged or Defective Products: If your candle arrived damaged or defective, we will offer a full refund or exchange. Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items:
- We do not accept returns on opened or used candles (unless they are damaged or defective).
- Custom or personalized candles (e.g., special scents, custom labeling) are also non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact Us: Please email us at info@rusticglowcandleco.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- The name and size of the candle(s) you wish to return
- A brief description of the issue (e.g., damaged item, incorrect order, etc.)
2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we’ll provide you with instructions for returning your candle(s). You may be asked to send photos of the item(s) to help us assess the issue.
3. Shipping the Return: If your return is approved, you’ll be responsible for the shipping cost to return the candle to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that your return reaches us safely.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
4. Refund or Exchange: Once we receive the returned candle(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Refunds
- Processing Time: Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process once the returned product is received and inspected.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the shipping cost may be deducted from your refund if you are returning part of the order.
- Payment Method: Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your candle arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at rusticglowcc@yahoo.com with the following:
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect product(s)
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
We will send you a replacement or offer a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
1. Double-check your bank account or credit card statement to see if the refund has already been posted.
2. Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Change of Mind
We understand that sometimes purchases don’t always work out as expected. However, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or if the scent isn’t as anticipated. We recommend reviewing our product descriptions carefully and reaching out if you have any questions before purchasing.
